New Listing - Americana Style Burpie

Wow, I am very excited to show this new Americana Style personalized baby burpie!

I love this style, it blends the colors of yesterday with the styles and items of today's mom and baby. The cranberry color with the deep navy and faded tans and golden yellows are gorgeous on this burpie.

The burpie consists of a cloth diaper measuring 14 and a half by 21 inches. The cloth diaper is 2 ply with a 5 ply center for extra absorbency. This burpie isn't just for looks!

The monogram and name combination is a great addition while the stars anchor the other single letter monogram. What better way to celebrate the 4th than to surround baby with patriotic colors or maybe your baby's decor is the Americana style which fits this design perfectly.

Boy or girl, either one will enjoy this design!

Of course you can find this design in my online store at http://www.southerncharmstitches.com/.

Let me know your thoughts, leave a comment or email me at stephaniedeese@southerncharmstitches.com.

Thanks for stopping by.

Sincerely,

Steph

Cherry Blossom Bed Linens

Cherry blossom bed linens are a beautiful way to bring spring into your home and make your rooms brighten!
I love this cherry blossom design, with bright pinks, rich greens and deep browns, it feels like your walking into a garden in full bloom no matter what time of year.
Some customers buy the bed linens to change out with other accent pieces in their bedroom for the spring and summer. Others plan to use the bed linens all year long.
Another favorite and by far the most popular guest towel design, behind the monogrammed one, is the cherry blossom guest towels. This set offers the same gracefully embroidered design for your bathroom.
Gardening is the best way to get your fix of beautiful blossoms and testures but bringing these into your home will allow you to be close to nature and feel the love all year round.
How do you bring the outside in?
Let me know, contact me at stephaniedeese@southerncharmstitches.com, or post a comment here.
Sincerely,
Stephanie

Father's Day Gift on a Budget

A great way to tell Dad you love him is to give him a personalized gift. It's thoughtful and personal.

Monogrammed handkerchiefs are a great way to show him you really care, you're thinking about him and that you appreciate all that he has done for you.

I offer a set of men's satin banded handkerchiefs that I monogram according to your instructions with your thread color choice. You can buy 3 or more and receive a 20% discount. You receive a free gift box with each set so buy as many sets as you need.

A set of 3 men's monogrammed handkerchiefs are $12 and shipping via USPS Priority Mail usually runs from $4.95 to around $5.75. All total you can spend less than $20 on a gift that will mean a great deal to dad.

The handkerchiefs can be monogrammed with First name initial, Last name initial and Middle name initial with the Last name initial being the larger and centered as in "FLM." This way is traditional.

Or you can have them monogrammed in order "FML" and all the same size. You can have a 2 initial monogram "FL." You can even have his name or nick name put on the handkerchief.

All 3 in the set must have the same thing embroidered (same initials or name) to receive the discount but colors can vary. You can select black, silver, or green for the three hankies' colors.

The link to the hankies is here http://southerncharmstitches.com/catalog.php?category=11

I look forward to creating your next great gift!

Call me if you need to 770-574-3685.

Monogram Showers

I've gotten more requests for monogrammed items for people attending "monogram showers" for the Bride. What a great way for the new bride to fill her home with personalized items that are complementary to her decor.

Linen guest towels, linen accent pillows for the bed or a chair in the bedroom, and linen dinner napkins are just a few popular items to mention. I was watching an episode of "Rate My Space" on HGTV and noticed that in a French Inspired Bathroom, http://www.hgtv.com/rate-my-space/french-inspired-bathroom/index.html the designer, Angelo Surmelis placed towels with the couples last name monogrammed in the bathroom as well as two more sets on each side of the vanity, one with the husband's first name initial and the other with the wife's first name initial monogrammed on the towels.

In my own bath, which is the background for some of my towel images, I have used the full monogram for a couple, my first name initial, our last name initial (larger) and his first name initial. I love this more traditional form of monogram but I love the single letter monograms equally! Here is the link to my website with the monogram towels http://www.southerncharmstitches.com/. The front page has mostly images of the embroidered cherry blossom and pineapple designs. This link http://southerncharmstitches.com/catalog.php?item=18&catid=5&ret=catalog.php%3Fcategory%3D5 takes you to the monogrammed guest towels.

What are some of the gifts you've received, given or have seen at these Monogram Showers?

I would love to here from you!

Sincerely,

Stephanie
