Are you already thinking about what to get that special person for Valentine's Day?
I know I am!
Of course I've given my special guys, my husband and two boys, the special gift of monogrammed handkerchiefs. They love them, one because the boys feel "grown up" and two because there's no arguing over whose is whose. I have perfect gentlemen abounding.
Personalized gifts are a wonderful way to give a special someone the Valentine's gift they deserve.
A set of monogrammed handkerchiefs, a monogrammed linen book mark or a posh monogrammed pillow makes a great gift for Valentine's Day. How lovely to receive something that means someone took the time to remember you and get something that is personal.
I think personalized gifts are great, you can use their initials to have it monogrammed or you can use their first or last name to make it a personalized gift. Either way is great.
Have a great Valentine's Day gift giving season!

Christmas is almost here.........I've been working around the clock getting Christmas orders out and have a few more last minute ones to get out.
The gift that has been the most popular from my site have been the Men's Monogrammed Handkerchiefs. I love this......it tells me that gifters are wanting to give that special man in their lives a gift that has a personal and old world touch. I also think that it is because it's an affordable luxury.
Again, the most popular lettering arrangement for these men's monogrammed handkerchiefs is the traditional first name initial, last name initial (larger), and lastly the middle name initial, "WDL."
Also, the most popular colors for the monogram has been black followed by navy, grey and white. Yes, white on white is very popular for men. I think it allows gentlemen to be somewhat discreet but still debonair in a way.
The second most popular gift is split between the lady's monogrammed handkerchiefs and the monogrammed linen bookmark. I love the monogrammed linen bookmark for teachers, Sunday school teachers as well as garden club friends or any friend for that matter!
I love Christmas and I love that it is one of my busiest times of the year!
Merry Christmas to all and to all a great gifting year!
Sincerely,
Stephanie

Men's Monogram Lettering Styles
I've often been asked which way is the best lettering arrangement for the men's monogrammed handkerchief.
The majority of orders that I get do request that the man's monogram be "first name initial," "last name initial," and then the "middle name initial." The last name initial is in the center and larger the first and middle name initial. As in "KDL," Kerry Lee Deese.
There are some who prefer the monogram letters be all the same size and in the order of "KLD."
Some even prefer there only be two letters "KD."
I've done all of these and wondered what your opinion would be on this subject.
